Cactus
Blue, situated on the bustling Fulham Road, is a vibrant, airy,
triple-tiered bar and restaurant seating 130. Huge windows give the
building a dramatic ‘cut away’ feel, enhanced by a beautiful glass lift
and views of the curvaceous, under-lit bar. The decor was created by
Native American artist, Stan Natchez, whose work, accompanied by an array
of stunning, ethnic pieces gives Cactus Blue its unconventional, exotic
feel. Towards the rear of the building is a separate, conservatory area,
lending a homely, trattoria-esque feel to dining.

The menu
draws on a range of influences and can be described using only the broadest
brush; modern world cuisine is perhaps the only fitting summary.
On it, you will find chilli lime jumbo shrimp with mango salsa, jalapeno
coulis and a minted yoghurt drizzle for starters and a selection of mains
including pan road welsh lamb with sautéed spring greens. Afterwards, you
may want to relax at the bar supping a classic cocktail with friends |
