spot-on service & a largely consistent menu, this never-changing classic
is a favourite with conservative Sloanes, who come in their hordes for
cocktails at the long mahogany bar as well as meals on the linen-clad
tables. Menus carry influences from both Asia & Europe, but it’s the
evolved American classics that are best, particularly during popular
weekend brunches, when properly made hash browns & restorative bloody
marys accompany comforting egg-led dishes.
